After visiting Vacalea Village on Kadavu Island in Fiji in April 2011 I have been inspired by the kind and caring nature of these people. We were welcomed with open arms and made to feel very welcome after being invited into the homes of the people who live there. The first project for the people of Vacalea Village is to save to build a Community Hall and public toilets for their village. I am hoping to start a fundraising group that can assist in making this dream a reality.
